Do I need to be a writer? I can't spell and I'm embarrassed by my handwriting. 

No! The normal rules of writing do not apply here. We don't worry about spelling, grammar or punctuation. We don't cross anything out, we just try to keep the pen or pencil moving. Remember - no-one is going to see what you have written. 

How do I access the workshops? 

By downloading them on your phone, your laptop, desktop or any digital device. 

Can I just buy one workshop? 

Yes you can, at a cost of £9.99. The introductory course, offers the best value.

How will I know what to write? 

I will tell you by giving you very specific instructions. Cues and sample sentences to get you going will also appear on the screen. 

How will I know how long to write for? 

The workshops have been filmed in real time, so it will feel as if I am right there writing alongside you. I give you prompts when we are coming to the end of an exercise and you will also hear sound bells.

If you are experiencing any of the situations below, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor or therapist before signing up. This course may not be suitable for you right now if: 

  • You have recently experienced a major life crisis (e.g., a cancer diagnosis or bereavement). While existing mindfulness skills can offer support during challenging times, learning mindfulness for the first time is best approached when you are in a more stable space. 
  • You are experiencing suicidal thoughts or episodes of psychosis, or  are living with PTSD: We recommend seeking support through a live course with a trained teacher who has the expertise to guide you safely. 
  • You are dependent on drugs or alcohol. You are dealing with severe mental health challenges or vulnerabilities.

Introduction
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By enrolling in a Writing for Wellness product or using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
"Member" refers to anyone who has joined a Writing for Wellness product.
Joining
Members can be initiated at any time by completing the checkout process and making your first payment or adding their email address in return for a free product. By enrolling, it is assumed that you have read the document Considerations Before You Enroll and meet the necessary criteria.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. If an application is declined after payment has been made, the payment will be refunded in full.
Programme Access and Termination
Products are for individual use only and cannot be transferred to another person or organisation.
We reserve the right to revoke access to the product without refund if a member:
Commits an unlawful act;
Refuses or neglects to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
Submits false or misleading information;
Engages in conduct deemed harmful to the products or its participants.
If the product is moved to a new hosting platform, we will notify members. Access will remain available as long as the programme is hosted on its platform.
Fees
Product fees are prepaid and can be made through our site or via email links provided.
Members can choose to pay in full or in instalments (if applicable).
Access is granted to individuals, not to organisations or groups.
Use of Site and Security
